Attributed to Timo Sarpaneva for Iittala “Linearia” art glass vase in smoky grey glass.
Heavy Scandinavian studio art glass vase with distinctive elongated triangular form and deep internal sculpted casing. The design closely matches the Linearia range produced for Iittala in Finland during the 1970s.
Unlabelled example with original sticker now absent down the plughole! However the shape, colour, proportions and construction all closely correspond with documented Linearia examples.
Beautiful smoked grey gradient with clear solid base and polished finish throughout. Displays exceptionally well and catches light nicely from different angles.
