Antique Style 6 Drawer Chest Tallboy Cabinet Black/Wood Jewellery Storage 102cm

A beautifully restored tall 6 drawer chest with a striking matte black and natural wood finish. The piece has been carefully stripped back to reveal the natural wood grain, finished with linseed oil, and contrasted with a matte black paint for a clean, modern look while retaining its antique character. Decorative handles and elegant proportions make this ideal as a jewellery chest, bedroom storage or statement accent piece. Before and after photos included to show the transformation.

Drawers have a front drop mechanism with brass coloured fittings internally. All drop and work as they should. Drawers are not removable as they have blocks attached to the underside to prevent them falling out so nice and secure.

Condition

Fully restored and in very good condition. The wood has been stripped and treated with linseed oil keeping the natural colour of the original mahogany wood, and drawer fronts refinished in matte black. Light age-related wear may remain consistent with a vintage piece, but overall presentation is clean and ready for use. There is one scratch to the top which is shown in images.
