Pair of 1970s handmade Hummel needlepoint framed pictures in oval wood frames. These would have originally came as individual needlepoint sets and the owner would carry out the needlework of the pattern. A lovely little pair of vintage wall hangings that would look nice in any room. Please see condition description as there is damage to one of the frames.
Colour: Multicolored as seen in images. The frames are a very dark gold / brown tone.
Size: 23cm wide by 32cm wide including the frame.
Era: 1970s late century.
Condition: The needlepoint is in lovely condition in both pictures. The frames do have signs of wear, with one having light damage. The frame with the hanging hook on the back has come loose, and the nail doesn't stay secure, although the picture will still hang with it. There is damage to the frame near the hanging point, as seen in the images. Both frames have light paint chips here and there and some light scuffing from age and use.
