Description
A striking antique Japanese charger plate dating from the early 1900s, beautifully hand painted with a floral basket design in vibrant shades of pink, red, and white against a bright yellow background. The border is decorated in deep blue with further floral detailing, giving the charger a rich, ornate look.
The plate measures an impressive 41 cm (16") across, making it a bold decorative piece for display. An old metal wall hanger remains fixed to the reverse — aged but stable — which has been left in place for the next owner.
