Shipping policy

All items will be sent out within the required timeframe specified. Our aim is for items that are considered small to medium (e.g. artwork, ceramics, small dining chairs) will be sent out within 1-2 days. 

Items falling into larger categories, for example desks, cabinets etc. do take a little longer due to courier availability. Couriers will be arranged within 24 hours of receiving order. There are occasions when a courier will collect an item but will not deliver this for 2-3 days. This ensures that we are able to offer customers the most competitive price on courier costs. 

If customers would like larger items by a specific date then they should request this at point of purchase so we can work with buyers to ensure this is in place. Single item couriers does increase the cost of transporting but we will advise you of this. 

Buyers are welcome to request collection of items from Consett, County Durham in person or arrange their own courier. Where this occurs, any monies paid for postage/courier will of course be refunded immediately.
