Returning a Purchase
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring home from The Vintage Den. Because our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we take care to describe each piece honestly — including any wear, marks, or signs of age that are part of its character. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition as when they were sent
- Unused and unaltered
- Returned with any original packaging where possible
To start a return, please contact us at mail@vintageden.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong piece, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a photo and your order details and we'll make it right — whether thats refund, or another solution that works for you.
Exchanges
We're happy to discuss exchanges where possible. As all our pieces are unique, like-for-like exchanges aren't always available, but get in touch and we'll do our best to find you something you'll love just as much.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please contact us to arrange this.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's been processed.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
